INDUSOX Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days — Free on all domestic orders
  • We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes across India. Please verify availability at checkout. COD orders may be confirmed via a verification call or SMS before dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. A flat shipping charge of ₹1,800 applies to all international orders. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on the destination.

We currently ship to: UAE, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and the United States.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's portal.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to public holidays or festive seasons, natural calamities or force majeure events, or remote delivery locations. INDUSOX is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. INDUSOX is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@indusox.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
